Twenty-five plus years of senior level healthcare administrative experience in not-for-profit and for-profit hospitals which provided general acute care, long term care, mental health care, addictions, and medical student teaching. Areas of responsibility have included nursing service, support services, clinical and ancillary services, construction and maintenance, as well as significant interaction with the Medical Staff and Boards. As President of Management Solutions Consulting, Inc., he provides leadership, well-developed analytical and problem solving skills, and a thorough knowledge of operations and financial management. Stan has also served on the Faculty of the Business Economics Department at a major Midwestern university.
Teresa Banaszak, Vice-President

Teresa Banaszak has over twenty-five years of senior level Human Resource management experience in healthcare, higher education and municipal corporations. Her responsibilities have included planning, organizing and directing all aspects of the human resource function including employment, compensation, employee and labor relations, benefit administration, recruitment and training. Teresa has provided overall management and direction of all activities of complex, corporate and system-wide human resource functions.
As the chief human resource professional for a major healthcare system consisting of a university specializing in pre/post doctoral education, 2 hospitals, 2 medical centers, 24 ambulatory care facilities and two affiliated management corporations, Teresa directed the department’s activities. In addition, she has served as the Deputy Director of a large Midwest city municipal housing authority as their principal human resource professional with 3,000 employees and over 20 labor unions.
Robert (Robin) Casanova, Senior Consultant

Over 25 years of experience in healthcare including 15+ years' emergency medicine clinical experience. As a consultant experienced in improving performance of healthcare organizations, he is certified in GE’s Six Sigma Methodology, Change Acceleration Process (CAP) and WorkOUT™ as well as other methodologies including LEAN. Benefits his clients have experienced include reducing errors in admissions, reducing in wait times, improving through put and peri-operative processes. Six Sigma Projects that he has worked on include meeting length of stay targets for various patient populations, facilitating the inpatient discharge process and improving bed capacity. He has consulted for hospitals, clinics and medical group practices; other clients included businesses and government. Robin has been on the faculty of a major southwestern university.
Lari B. Masten, Senior Consultant

Lari B. Masten focuses her professional time on business valuation, litigation, and consulting services as they apply to both private and public companies. She has been in public accounting since 1987. She has performed business valuations, goodwill impairment testing and economic damage calculations for companies operating in a variety of industries including healthcare. She has been qualified as an expert witness, and her valuations and expert witness testimony have been for purposes of estate and gift tax planning, lost profits, damages, bankruptcy, contract disputes, marital dissolution, buy-sell agreements, purchase/sale transactions, goodwill impairment, and related matters.
Ms. Masten has written numerous articles relevant to her areas of expertise. She has been an invited guest speaker for various organizations on topics salient to the organization’s focus that have involved family limited partnerships, real estate partnerships, business valuations, estate planning and wealth retention, growing the value of closely-held businesses, standards of value in marital dissolution and business valuation cases. In addition, she is an instructor for the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts’ (NACVA) National Training and Development Team, which presents throughout the country approximately 14 weeks per year. In this capacity she teaches days four and five of NACVA’s week long Business Valuation Training Center, "The Market Approach”, “Discounts and Premiums”, and “The Valuation Process: Facts to Conclusion”.
Kelly Fulton, Associate Consultant

Kelly has been an RN for more than 25 years. In that time she has had extensive experience in the hospital and ambulatory care environments. Kelly’s management experience provides Infinity Business Solutions with expertise in facility administration, budget management, policy and procedure development and implementation, regulatory compliance, recruitment and retention, and business development.
Prior to joining IBS, Kelly has been involved in consulting related to physician practice development, ambulatory surgery center projects and physician recruitment/retention programs. Kelly was the Administrator at a large multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center and has worked in the hospital and outpatient settings focused on physician services and practice development. She was the Director of Physician Services for an acute care community hospital where she was responsible for physician recruitment and retention as well as the administrator of an outpatient primary care, neurosurgery, and geriatric medicine clinics. In addition, Kelly was a Nurse Recruiter and has managed several pediatric inpatient hospital departments.
Kate Higgins, Associate Consultant

Kate is the newest addition to Management Solutions Consulting, Inc. Kate is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years experience in the healthcare field and has worked in hospital administration as well as medical office management. As a director in hospital administration, Kate was responsible for business development, physician relations and retention as well as development and implementation of protocols. Kate was Chair of the Chest Pain Initiative and was instrumental in the accreditation of the hospital. Kate was very involved in creating joint venture opportunities between the hospital and physicians. Her extensive work with physician recruitment and physician directorships has been a strong asset for Management Solutions.
